I'm itchin' to make the official gender announcement, but you guys are going to have to wait a couple more days...

Meanwhile, I am almost 20 weeks and realizing that I'm HALFWAY there---which is just crazy. Time is flying by. The sonogram made things so much more real and I have so many thoughts I want to share about the experience and "who" is in there! I know I'm rambling and gushing on like a total noob and you veterans are probably chuckling at me...but pregnancy really is at the forefront of my life right now. 

I'm just trying to soak it all up...let myself be bewildered at the miracle of creating life and having life inside of me...and just enjoy the newness and mystery of this "right of passage" into parenthood.

So far, overall the experience has been really incredible.
